Environmental Studies & Permitting

Environmental Studies & Permitting

Our environmental team has the technical expertise and ability to handle a variety of environmental tasks. We have completed several environmental assessments and categorical exclusions for multiple lead agencies including state DOTs, toll authorities, local agencies, and private clients to address environmental impacts, and provide our expertise in support of our clients. We can also lead public involvement for environmental assessments and categorical exclusions.

We have scientists certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for wetland delineations. We have completed multiple training seminars and webinars on permitting to maintain a current knowledge of the ever changing regulations. We have conducted wetland delineations for state, local, and private entities, and have also worked with multiple USACE Districts including Chicago, Rock Island, and St. Louis.

Our thorough knowledge of, and experience with, the environmental regulations, regulators, along with our engineering experience provides the level of support required by our clients to meet obligations under numerous environmental regulations.
