Mr. Horton is a graduate of Iowa State University of Science & Technology where he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering . After his education, Kurt worked his way through being a Civil Associate all the way up to a Project Manager III. Now, with more than 25 years of experience under his belt, Kurt will serve as a valuable asset to the QEI team working as a Construction Department Manager where he will be evaluating the construction market, develop strategies to acquire construction management contracts, negotiate construction contracts, evaluate candidates for employment, as well as many other aspects that go into the construction process.
