Terminal 5 Expansion
The $1 billion expansion and renovation of Terminal 5, set to open in Phases throughout 2023, includes the addition of 10 new gates, an 85% increase in passenger amenity space, and the renovation of over 750,000 square feet of the existing building. Our consultants have collaborated with the City of Chicago Department of Aviation and International Gate Control to develop a strategic expansion plan that accommodates growing passenger demands, enhances immigration and customs facilities, and provides an elevated experience for international travelers.
