IL-MFT Local Program, City of Bellville, IL
Prepared bid proposal and contract documents for the City of Belleville local programs funded through the Bureau of Local Roads and Streets of the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) for asphalt patching, concrete patching, drainage maintenance, joint sealing and pavement markings.

PTB150 ITEM #21 Phase I/II
Prepared Phase I Project Reports for 4 structures in Whiteside and Carroll counties. Also prepared typical sections, overlay plans, and stage construction plans for replacement of the existing structures.

PTB 149 ITEM #24 CH 24 over FAI 74
Prepared Phase II roadway plans, specifications and estimate including preparation of typical sections, overlay plans, and stage construction for replacement of the existing structure, requiring raising the existing profile grade. Also prepared overlay plans of I-74 beneath the existing structure.

PTB 147 ITEM #20 US 34 from Sandwich to Plano Phase I/II for IDOT District 3
Provided Survey services including field survey for boundary determination, preparation of right of way plats and plans, and topographic survey for the establishment of new alignment and widening of the existing corridor. Also conducted traffic counts at 10 intersections using HiStar NC-70 traffic analyzers, conducted manual counts and analyses. Prepared 4 Intersection Design Studies along the corridor.

PTB 144 ITEM #35 Various/Various Phase II for IDOT District 7
Prepared Phase II plans for IL. Route 128 over Wolf Creek in Effingham and Fayette Counties. This included preparation of typical sections, overlay plans, and stage construction for replacement of the existing structure, required raising the existing profile grade and widening the road at the structure.

PTB 144 #26, Phase II for I-55 & I-72, IDOT District 6– 2008
Prepared roadway plans, specifications and estimate, including Maintenance of Traffic and Stage Construction details for two structure replacements over Interstate 55 around Springfield. Traffic control was a major project issue due to the high traffic volumes on both I-55 and I-72.

PTB 143 #23, Horseshoe Lake Road, Madison County, IDOT District 8
Prepared Maintenance of Traffic plans for Horseshoe Lake Road and the I-255 interchange. This included staging traffic to allow for raising the profile grade 2.5’, removal and replacement of medians and shoulders, widening to the inside and adding lanes.

PTB 143 #18, Various/Various Phase I Reports, IDOT District 6
Prepared Phase I reports for IL Route 96 over Branch and Riley Creek. Also, prepared typical sections, overlay plans, and stage construction plans for replacement of the existing structure at Riley Creek with a triple box culvert and replacement of the existing structure at Branch Creek with a triple 11’ x 7’ RC box culvert, requiring raising of the profile.
