      In 2006 Quigg Engineering Inc. was founded by Lori Quigg and Rebecca Stocker. We work with the client, using practical experience and common sense to provide professional quality services; emphasizing technical details, accuracy, and professionalism. We have over 25 full-time employees and over 11 licensed professionals with combined experience in Transportation, Design, Surveying, Structures, and Special Studies. Our experience and size gives us the ability to give each client’s project a special touch as principals and senior engineers oversee all projects. Quigg Engineering, Inc. uses Microstation V8, Geopak, HCS+, Autoturn, HY8 and other required software. Quigg Engineering Inc. is headquartered in Jacksonville, Illinois with branch offices in Collinsville, East Peoria, and Springfield, Illinois.
